Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

 

Domestic Shipping (Australia)
We offer the following shipping options for orders within Australia:

* Standard Shipping — $12.00 AUD, 5-8 business days
* Express Shipping — $17.50 AUD, 3-5 business days

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not the date of purchase, and don't include our order processing time above.

 

International Shipping
We currently ship to a select list of international destinations for a flat rate of $35.00 AUD, with delivery in 5-8 business days from dispatch. If your country isn't available at checkout, we don't currently ship there.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We have no control over these fees and can't predict what they might be. 

 

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow its progress.

 

Lost or Delayed Packages
We're not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processing, or other events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@elarostudios.co with your order number and we'll help track it down.

 

Incorrect Address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout — we're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@elarostudios.co and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
