Returns & Exchanges

We're happy to accept returns for store credit or an exchange of size/item. To be eligible, please make sure your return meets the requirements below.

 

Store Credit & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags still attached, and in its original packaging where applicable. Items purchased on sale or marked final sale are not eligible for return.

 

Refunds
We don't offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or items you no longer want. A refund will only be issued if:

* the item is faulty, or
* you received the wrong item.

If either applies, contact our team at hello@elarostudios.co with your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we'll sort out an exchange, store credit, or refund once approved.

 

Return Shipping
Return shipping is at your own cost, except where the item is faulty or incorrect — in that case, we'll cover it.

 

Elaro Studios reserves the right to reject returns made outside the 14-day window, or items not received in their original condition. In these cases, the item will be sent back to you, and any shipping costs involved won't be covered by Elaro Studios.
